About me and my therapy practice

Hello! I'm Jean, a friendly and approachable counsellor with training in integrative counselling. My counselling practice has a particular focus on supporting individuals affected by cancer: patients, survivors, caregivers, and loved ones. This work is deeply personal and meaningful to me.

At the same time, I work with a wide range of clients experiencing anxiety and panic, depression and low mood, stress and burnout, loss and grief, relationship challenges and major life changes. I鈥檓 here to listen with care and understanding, without any judgment.
