About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced counsellor, qualified to postgraduate level, who provides safe and confidential private counselling services in-person and online.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly in a safe environment. It’s your time, your pace, and always guided by what feels right for you. I'm here to support you, with a gentle and compassionate approach that helps you explore your thoughts and feelings and find your way forward.

Since completing my Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I have spent several years of practice supporting adults, young people, and children across the NHS, schools, and hospice settings.

I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of issues including: anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem/confidence, identity, self-harm, addictions, eating disorders, OCD, phobias, substance dependency, health-related issues, neurodiversity, ADD/ADHD, relationships, work related issues, service veterans, academic and work related stress.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ), including the Children, Young People, and Families division, I’m committed to offering you or your loved one safe, compassionate, and professional support.

I provide in-person sessions at locations in Lytham, St. Annes and Preston, along with secure remote sessions online or over the telephone.

Additional information can be found by visiting my website (please see the link at the top of page).

Practice description

I believe that you are the expert on your life and the unique experiences which make you an individual, so I will not give advice or attempt to ‘fix things’ - but I will walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. No matter what is shared, you will be met with empathy, patience and without judgement.

You set the pace. You decide what you want to talk about, and we go from there. Some people come to counselling with something specific they want to work through—like anxiety, grief, or relationship issues—while others just feel a bit stuck or overwhelmed and need a space to figure things out.

Everything we talk about is confidential, and the space is yours to use however you need. Sometimes it’s emotional, sometimes it’s reflective, and sometimes it’s just about being heard.

At the heart of counselling is about helping you feel more in control, more understood, and more connected to yourself.

Additional information can be found by visiting my website (please see the link at the top of page).
