About me and my therapy practice

I am a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered psychotherapist offering a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, grounded in empathy, trust, and respect. My work is relational, person-centred, and informed by humanistic values that recognise each person’s individuality and lived experience.

You’ll find a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel heard without judgement. Together, we explore what’s important to you—your current difficulties, what may feel stuck or overwhelming, and what you hope will change.

People seek therapy for many reasons—grief, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, or when navigating significant life transitions. Sometimes there’s no clear issue, just a sense that something needs attention. Whatever brings you, I tailor our work to your needs and goals, using an integrative approach that supports emotional clarity, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Practice description

I work with adults online, offering a safe, flexible and supportive space to explore a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns.

I support individuals facing a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and times of transition or change. You don’t need to have a clear label for what you’re experiencing—some people come with a sense that something needs attention, even if it’s hard to put into words.

My practice is grounded in a relational, person-centred, and integrative approach. I tailor our work to your individual needs, offering a non-judgmental and consistent space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

My first session

Our first session is an introductory meeting where we’ll explore what has brought you to therapy and discuss what you hope to gain. It’s a gentle starting point in a calm, non-judgmental space where you can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to say everything right away. This session is also your chance to ask questions and for us both to see if working together feels like the right fit. If we decide to proceed, we’ll arrange future sessions at times that suit us both. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and supported.

Practice description

I work with adults and young people both in-person and online, offering a flexible and supportive space to explore a wide range of emotional difficulties and life struggles. Therapy sessions take place in a conventional therapy setting or alternatively outdoors through walk and talk therapy, depending on what feels most comfortable and helpful for you.

I provide support to individuals facing a range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, grief, loss, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and navigating major life transitions or unexpected events. You don’t need to have a clear label for what you’re going through—sometimes it’s just a feeling that something in your life needs attention, and that’s a perfectly valid place to begin.

My practice is grounded in a person-centred, humanistic approach. Our work together is shaped by your individual needs and unfolds in a space of acceptance and consistency—where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
