Practice description
My sessions are tailored to each individual. I will facilitate your own process and therefore help you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I can teach emotional coping skills, techniques on aiding self esteem and helping cognitive realignment.
My first session
Initially, I will offer an assessment session and this is where we can explore together, what you are looking for within therapy and what I can offer and from here we can decide if we feel it is right to plan a further session/sessions.
In the assessment session I will initially outline how I adhere to confidentiality and data protection as well as the limits to this.
My assessment session is £55 and further sessions are £50.
