About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just not quite yourself lately? Maybe your mood has been low, or you find yourself overthinking and struggling to switch off. You might notice certain patterns or behaviours that aren’t helping, but you’re not sure how to change them. I can help you make sense of what’s happening and find practical ways forward. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps with anxiety, low mood, stress, and unhelpful thinking patterns. Together, we’ll work on understanding your thoughts and behaviours so you can feel more in control and confident again.
I offer one to one sessions based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. Each session is structured, tool based and goal orientated, which will center around working through your main concerns and getting you on your way to reaching your goals. CBT tools will be provided so even after therapy has ended, you are able to help yourself in future.
If you think this is a form of therapy that may help then please get in touch and we can discuss further. Either by phone or email.
Practice description
I offer one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions online via Google Meet. On the day of your appointment, I’ll send you a secure link to join.
Sessions are structured, practical, and goal-focused, helping you work through your main concerns and build lasting coping skills. Together, we’ll use CBT techniques and tools to help you understand your thoughts and behaviours, develop new strategies, and move toward the changes you want to make.
You’ll also receive tools and exercises to use between sessions, so you can continue your progress and strengthen your skills even after therapy ends.
Payments are made before each session via bank transfer.
My first session
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and to focus on you — what’s been happening, what’s brought you to therapy, and what you’d like to change. I’ll also explain what Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) involves and how it can help you move towards those goals.
