About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to cope, whether due to anxiety, low mood, grief, self-doubt, or relationship difficulties. Many of my clients want to understand themselves better, feel more grounded, and improve how they cope with life’s challenges.
I am also passionate about helping individuals facing fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, recurrent miscarriage, and other reproductive health concerns and am registered with The British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA).
Practice description
I bring a strong clinical foundation, with experience in hospital-based neuro-rehabilitation and in providing 1:1, couples, and group therapy both in person and online.
I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology and am a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered therapist.
My approach is integrative and relational, drawing on CBT and other evidence-based methods. I believe that feeling safe, respected, and understood in therapy is the foundation for real progress.
