About me and my therapy practice
It takes courage to reach out for support — whether you're navigating a difficult time in your life, facing challenges in your relationships, or simply feeling stuck and unsure where to turn. You're not alone, and you've already taken an important step by being here. I'm a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and I specialise in helping individuals and couples explore and improve
their relationships — with partners, family, friends, or even themselves. I offer a compassionate, confidential space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of whatever's going on.
Practice description
I believe that therapy should feel like a collaborative process — you're the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you to uncover patterns, understand your emotions, and find new ways forward. Whether you're struggling with conflict, feeling disconnected, or dealing with anxiety or low self-esteem, I tailor our work to you.
My aim is to create a supportive and flexible space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to grow. If you're considering therapy, I'd be happy to offer a free initial consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and whether it's the right fit for you.

My first session
Our first contact will be a free 15 minute chat to talk about what you are looking for and how I may be able to help. I can answer any questions, and discuss price and suitable times.
When we have our first proper session you may find you feel nervous, but this is entirely natural. We will take it at your own pace and I will offer all the guidance and support you need.

Practice description
I offer counselling both face-to-face in Newton Abbot and Exeter, and online for clients across the UK. My aim is to create a supportive and flexible space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to grow.
​I work out of comfortable, accessible therapy rooms and offer walk and talk sessions in a variety of locations.
​Furthermore, I understand that when we hit a crisis, we need to speak to someone quickly. So I always keep a couple of sessions per day open for short notice appointments.

I am LGBTQIA+ aligned and regularly work with people in consensually non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships. I work well with neurodiverse clients and am happy to make any adjustments to make therapy with more accessible and comfortable.
My first session
We begin with a 15 minute chat either online or on the phone, and this is your chance to tell me a little about what you are looking for, and to ask me any questions.
Starting therapy can be daunting, and I will do all I can to accommodate your needs and to make you feel comfortable.
There is no cost for this and I can usually fit you in the same day.
You can book a session with me during this call, or you can take some time to think and get back to me if you want to go ahead.
Cost of sessions
£50 1 hr individual online or phone
£60 1 hr individual face to face
£100 1.5hrs couple online
£120 1.5hrs couple face to face
I am happy to do one off sessions as well as regular short term or long term arrangements.
