I am a passionate and fully qualified integrative counsellor, (MNCPS (Accred), Dip.Couns), dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve mental well-being. Specialising in grief work, self-esteem building, inner child work, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, I provide a supportive space for clients to explore their experiences. Using modalities like CBT, Person-Centred, Solution-Focused, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, IFS, and Transactional Analysis, I tailor sessions to each client’s needs, fostering healing and personal growth.

In addition to one-to-one counselling, I create personalised action plans to help clients achieve their goals. I am dedicated to providing valuable insights and practical tools that support personal development and mental health awareness, fostering positive change. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel heard, understood, and equipped to overcome challenges and build self-awareness.

My first session

In our first session, we will begin by reviewing the terms of our agreement, which will include a brief discussion of confidentiality, boundaries, and expectations. Prior to this session, you will be sent an initial assessment to complete and sign. This allows us to ensure we are on the same page from the start and helps me understand more about your needs and goals.

During this session, we will go over the key aspects of the agreement, clarify any questions you may have, and ensure you feel comfortable with the process moving forward. There will also be time to discuss the issue or challenges that brought you to therapy. This is an opportunity for you to share what's on your mind, and together we can begin to explore how we can best work towards your goals.

Please note that the first session is charged at the standard rate unless otherwise agreed. The aim is to make sure you are fully prepared and confident in starting our therapeutic work together.
