About me and my therapy practice
I won’t just sit and nod. We’ll talk openly, with real conversation, curiosity, and challenge when it’s helpful. I use psychoeducation not as lectures, but as tools to help us figure out what makes sense for you.
Clients often tell me they value my balance of humour, straightforwardness, and genuine care. Together, we’ll cut through confusion, build resilience, and create a clearer direction for your life.
If you're ready to explore what’s holding you back and how to move beyond it, I’d love to hear from you.
Practice description
Using an integrative approach, I focus on building self-awareness, exploring the patterns that may be holding you back, and developing practical tools to help you move forward.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for you to work with me on a trial basis to see whether I am the right therapist for you. We will look into how life is for you now and potential ways of working together.
A first session is recommended before you make a longer term commitment to therapy and can be helpful if you are unsure what approach to take.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer both in-person sessions in East Oxford and online appointments. If you're ready to explore what’s holding you back—and how to move beyond it—I’d love to hear from you.
Practice description
My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in real dialogue. I use psychoeducation not just to explain therapeutic ideas, but to help us discover what works best for you. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process—it’s a dynamic, evolving conversation built on trust, challenge, and understanding.
I draw from a blend of Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches help us explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build deeper self-awareness, and develop strategies for moving forward.
