As an integrative therapist, I offer a flexible, tailored approach that adapts to your needs, ensuring therapy works for you. Together, we can explore your experiences naturally, creating space to understand patterns from the past that may be shaping your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. At the same time, we will focus on practical steps to help you move forward and make meaningful changes.

Practice description

Therapy is a balance of reflection and action, providing a space where you feel truly heard and understood not just in what you say, but in the emotions and experiences beneath the surface. Through this deeper understanding, we can help you process, heal, and move towards a more fulfilling life.

I believe therapy should be collaborative and empowering helping you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and move toward a renewed sense of well-being. Whether you鈥檙e facing past trauma, current struggles, or uncertainty about the future, I am here to support you, not to judge you.

I know firsthand how transformative therapy can be. My own experiences, alongside my BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and hours of additional training, have deepened my passion for helping others break free from emotional distress and find clarity, self-acceptance, and direction.

I offer a free initial consultation as a relaxed and supportive way for us to get to know each other. Together, we can explore your needs, discuss how I might help and see if I鈥檓 the right fit to support you. Don鈥檛 hesitate to email, text, or call I aim to respond within 24 hours.

My first session

If you decide to go ahead, the first full session lasts 50 minutes. This initial session is a chance for us to begin building a therapeutic relationship. We鈥檒l talk about what鈥檚 brought you to therapy, explore any challenges you鈥檙e facing, and consider what you hope to achieve from our work together.

I鈥檒l gently guide the conversation and may ask some structured questions to better understand your background and current situation, but there鈥檚 no pressure to share more than you feel ready to. The pace and focus will be shaped by your comfort and needs.

We鈥檒l also look at how we might work together going forward, including any preferences you have around therapeutic approaches or goals. My aim is to offer a safe, respectful, and supportive space where you feel heard and understood from the very beginning.
