I am available Monday-Saturday, morning to evening. I am currently offering online sessions nationwide with face-to-face sessions in Glasgow returning in December 2025.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a flexible approach to counselling with flexible times and fees (enquire for more info.)
Typically, sessions last 50 minutes and are once a week at the same time. However, life gets in the way and isn't always straightforward. I am happy to offer bi-weekly, irregular and monthly sessions if that is what suits you best. At the beginning we'll discuss some of your hopes and goals and every so often, check in to see how we're doing. It's an open and collaborative space to help us create the most useful therapy for you.
I'm also open to shorter or longer session times based on your needs and subject to availability.
Practice description
I offer counselling as a place where you can bring what you need to, what feels important with confidentiality and without judgement. We aim to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, where the work we do together can help you make sense of your experiences and find a steadier footing in your life to make better decisions, form meaningful connections and start moving in the right direction.
People often come to counselling when they’re feeling broken, lost, overwhelmed or disconnected. I offer a place to slow down and explore what’s happening in life and beneath the surface, to understand what matters to you and begin the process of sustainable and meaningful change.
My work is grounded in care, integrity, and professional rigour. I take an evidence-informed approach, meaning our work is shaped by both solid research and the lived experience you bring. I believe therapy should be collaborative and human — not something done to you, but something we figure out together.
Clients often describe my way of working as steady, inquisitive, and compassionate. I value honesty and openness, and I work to ensure you feel supported while also gently encouraged to explore what feels difficult or uncertain.
My hope is that through our work, you can come to know yourself more fully- and from there, find new possibilities for living with clarity, connection, and purpose.
My first session
At our first session we will discuss your hopes and expectations for therapy. What your preferences and needs are, and if you've had counselling before, what you did and didn't like or find helpful so that we can tailor the work accordingly.
I also offer a free 15 minute chat via video call on request if you want to get to know me a little better before deciding to go ahead and begin the therapy.
