About me and my therapy practice
My work includes one to one therapy.
Face to face is preferred but can offer phone and online therapy. By working together, we can look to identify and explore negative thoughts & feelings that may prompt behaviours that impact your everyday.
Additionally, we can work to seek clarity, and sometimes even acceptance around specific situations. Dealing with issues that seem a little overwhelming, while giving you back that sense of control you may have felt you’ve lost.
Practice description
I work in a non-directive way, which means that my client is at the centre of the therapy and is free to explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions, with me supporting them along the way.My first session
Those that choose to work face to face have the option of walking therapy (enquire for me details), or traditional sit down therapy.
Concessional rates for trainee counsellors, under 25’s and full-time students.
I offer a free 15min consultation to all potential clients for us both to gauge suitability, vibe and get an overview of your agenda.
With all my clients I can offer short or long-term counselling and psychotherapy. Shoot me a call and if I’m unable to pick up, send me a text or email, and I’ll be sure to get back in touch as soon as possible.
