Availability

I currently have some availability for new clients. My working hours are Monday to Thursday, from 10am until 5pm. 

About me and my therapy practice

I work face to face, online and via telephone. I have recently relocated so I am working online via Zoom (or other platforms) and on the phone at the moment. I previously worked face to face which is something I am aiming to do again so I am open to face to face counselling and finding a nice location to do this. I can also offer outdoor therapy, walking and talking in nature.

Practice description

I offer open ended therapy, allowing my clients the freedom to work together until they feel they no longer need counselling. I offer 50 min sessions at a time that suits my clients, subject to availability. I very much enjoy meeting people and offering a relaxed environment that promotes discovery and change.

My first session

I offer a free 30 min consultation, really a time to chat and to see if we think we can work together towards our goals. This is currently online or by telephone.
