About me and my therapy practice
Starting Therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to make the process as comfortable as possible.
I offer a free introduction call - a chance for us to connect, discuss what you're looking for from Therapy, and see if we're a good fit. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have before deciding to move forward. If you choose to continue, sessions are available in the evening and I offer online, face - to - face and telephone sessions.
Practice description
In my practice, I primarily use Person-Centred Therapy, creating a warm, non-judgemental space where you feel heard and valued. When appropriate, I integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help explore patterns of thinking and behaviour. Together, we'll work at your pace, focusing on your unique experiences and goals, fostering self-awareness, empowering you to make positive changes
