About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative and person-centered therapist, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space for individuals to explore their feelings, challenges, and life experiences. With expertise in areas such as depression, anxiety, intimate partner violence, bereavement, and support for young adults and adolescents, I work with clients to create personalized therapeutic strategies that best suit their needs.
Practice description
I believe in the power of a non-judgmental, empathetic approach, where every client is treated with respect, understanding, and acceptance. My therapeutic style is grounded in active listening and a deep commitment to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can openly express themselves and work toward healing and growth.
Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, navigating a difficult life transition, or seeking to improve your mental well-being, I am here to guide you through your journey. Together, we will explore the underlying causes of your concerns and develop practical, empowering tools for managing life’s challenges.
