Saturday mornings, 9am - 12pm
That said, I get that life can be a bit hectic, so I’ll do my best to be flexible if you need something outside of those times.
I am unavailable on Sundays and Bank holidays.

Welcome, beautiful soul. I am Tracy , a qualified talking therapist offering a space of warmth, acceptance, and deep listening. My approach is intuitive and heart-centred, creating a sanctuary where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, without pretence.
I hold space with love while also guiding you to step into your own power, I embrace all paths and perspectives, honouring the uniqueness of your journey. Whether you are working through anxiety, heartbreak, trauma, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and authenticity.
Life doesn’t come with a manual. It twists, turns, surprises, and challenges us in ways we never expected. I know this not just from being a counsellor but from lived experience. I’ve walked through my own storms, navigated life’s complexities, so I now come with a deep understanding of what it truly means to be healing, growing, and moving forward.

As an integrative counsellor, with a person-centred core, I tailor my approach to suit your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to support you in a way that feels right for you.

My approach is calm, open, and deeply compassionate, helping you explore your thoughts and emotions. I believe in the power of connection, self-discovery, and gentle but meaningful change.

My first session
I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation, either online or by phone.
During this session, I’ll explain my therapeutic approach and invite you to share what has brought you to counselling. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to decide whether I’m the right counsellor to support you.
We’ll take some time to go through the counselling agreement, which you can review at your own pace, where you’ll be welcomed to ask any questions along the way. I understand that beginning counselling can feel overwhelming, so I’ll do everything I can to help you feel at ease and supported
