About me and my therapy practice
I’m a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered Psychosynthesis Counsellor based in Wiltshire, offering an integrative approach that supports healing, personal growth, and a deeper connection to your authentic self. I believe that even in our most challenging or darkest moments, there lies the potential for insight, transformation, and rediscovery.
Practice description
My approach is holistic, honouring the connection between mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Within a supportive space, there’s room not only to explore the struggles you may be facing, but also to gently welcome the deeper parts of yourself that are ready to be seen. I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of life’s challenges, grow your resilience, and reconnect with your inner worth.
Together, we nurture confidence, self-esteem, and a heartfelt sense of purpose—laying the path toward meaningful, lasting change. I provide a warm, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard and seen—where it’s safe to explore what matters most to you at your own pace.
Sessions are held weekly and are available online or in person, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable and supportive. Each session lasts 50 minutes, offering spacious time for reflection, connection, and meaningful exploration.

My first session
Our first session is a gentle opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another. I’ll invite you to share what’s brought you to therapy and what you hope to explore or gain from our time together.
I’ll gently gather some background information to help me understand how I can best support you. This might include past experiences, family dynamics, and emotional or mental health concerns. Our conversation will unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
My hope is that you feel truly heard, respected, and gently supported as we begin our work together. I believe the connection we build is central to the work we do, so we take time to grow trust and understanding from the very beginning.
This first meeting gives us a chance to begin exploring how we might work together—and gently consider what next steps feel right for you.
