About me and my therapy practice
Thanks for stopping by, I’m Habiba.
I imagine you’re on a search for the right counsellor and I know that finding someone you can trust and open up to is no easy feat.
Your relationship with your counsellor is an essential part of the therapeutic process, which is why I encourage you to arrange a quick call with me so you can decide if we'd be a good fit.
You may like to know how I work. As your counsellor, I take an active role in our sessions i.e., I won’t simply be sitting there in silence and nodding!
Practice description
When we work together, we’ll explore not only the current concerns that brings you to counselling but also the relevant, broader context of your life - e.g., past experiences, significant relationships, etc. By acknowledging these interconnections, we can develop a deeper understanding of the self, and more importantly, how to support your mental wellbeing.
Together, we can work to achieve the meaningful change that you seek.
