About me and my therapy practice

I am a warm and compassionate counsellor and can provide a safe space where you can feel truly listened to. I am trustworthy and offer empathy and understanding and an environment which is confidential, where you can explore you feelings, emotions and issues.

I can help if you are experiencing difficulties with life in general or would like to process past trauma, explore relationships and family issues or life transitions.

I aim to empower you to become more self-aware, build self-esteem and confidence and to help you to identify your goals and make life changes.
