I am a qualified person centred counsellor with my own private practice offering online or telephone counselling in London and surrounding areas ideal for fitting around busy lives.
You can expect a relaxed, non-judgemental space to share what is on your mind and make sense of your thoughts and emotions.
My background is over 20 years working within the charity sector advocating for adults and families affected by chronic illness. I have experience of offering online counselling for a well-known Mental Health charity, and have worked with Higher Education students at an Agricultural College and within a NHS GP Medical Group.
My first session
You can expect a warm, friendly welcome. The first session is an introduction to get a sense of how we might work together. There will be no pressure to share anything you don’t want to and it will be at your own pace.
An online session is charged at £50. Concessionary rates are available and charged at £45. Payments are made at time of booking via bank Transfer or Paypal
