About me and my therapy practice

As a person-centred counsellor, I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and supported. My focus is on helping you reconnect with your inner strength and resilience at a pace that feels right for you.

I am passionate in helping people who are survivors of Sexual Abuse, as well as anyone facing a wide range of difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, stress and overwhelm, low self-esteem and confidence, relationship issues, and challenges linked to life changes and personal growth.

My passion for helping stems from my own experiences at a young age, which have shaped my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of being truly heard

Practice description

Counselling can be helpful for many different reasons, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship issues, loss, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. Together we can explore what’s going on for you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work towards positive change.

I offer sessions face to face, online, and by telephone, giving you the flexibility to choose what feels most comfortable and accessible.

Face-to-face sessions are available at:

Buntingford – Attend2Health, 27 High Street, SG9 9AB

Ware – Dolphin House, 6–7 East Street, SG12 9HJ

Each session lasts 50 minutes, and we will work together to decide whether short-term or longer-term counselling is best suited to your needs.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to listen and support you as you find your way forward.
