About me and my therapy practice
Life. When times are good, it can be wondrous, beautiful and exciting. But other times we can feel that it is quite the reverse. The many challenges we face can be frightening, unexpected or overwhelming, leaving us feeling lost, misunderstood and alone. These are the times where having someone with the right experience and training to reach out and talk things through with can really help us to make sense of what we're going through. Counselling creates a space where you can feel seen, heard and understood, perhaps for the first time. If this sounds like something you feel you'd benefit from, please read on.
