About me and my therapy practice
Please note: I provide counselling near Windsor, with in-person sessions in Maidenhead (SL6), online sessions for clients across the UK, and Walk & Talk therapy starting from my Maidenhead therapy room.
Deciding to begin counselling can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible.
- I am a qualified, Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered person-centred therapist. This approach places you at the heart of the work: you set the pace, and together we explore what matters most to you. Rather than giving advice, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can reflect, gain clarity, and feel heard.
- Working collaboratively is central to my values. Every person is unique, and I tailor each session to your individual needs and goals.
- I adhere fully to the Íø±¬ÃÅ ethical framework and place safety, confidentiality, and respect at the core of my practice.
I have experience supporting both adults and young people (aged 13+) and welcome both as clients. Alongside my private practice, I volunteer as a counsellor within a secondary school, offering support to teenagers navigating the challenges of adolescence.
My person-focused approach supports clients with anxiety, relationships, and life transitions, as well as low mood, grief, trauma, abuse recovery, and self-esteem difficulties, amongst others. I work collaboratively, tailoring sessions to your needs and the issues you wish to work on.

Getting Started – My 3-Step Process
- Initial Enquiry: Reach out by phone or email to introduce yourself and let me know a little about what you’re looking for. This is a chance to ask any questions you might have and get a sense of how I work.
- Free Introductory Call: We arrange a short, informal call (usually 15 minutes) at no charge. During this call, we can discuss your needs, availability, and the best way to work together. This helps ensure the therapy is a good fit for you and gives you an opportunity to feel comfortable before booking your first session.
- First Session: Your first session is where we begin the therapeutic work. Fees apply from this session onwards. This first session is an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and start working collaboratively at your own pace. Whether you choose in-person, online, or Walk & Talk sessions, I tailor the session to your needs from the very start.
