About me and my therapy practice
Do you find yourself questioning whether you're good enough, or frightened that people don鈥檛 like you? You might be struggling to get through each day with anxiety, carrying hurt from your past, or just feeling stuck in a life that doesn't quite fit anymore.
I've sat with people from all walks of life who've felt the same way. Your reality doesn鈥檛 have to be like this. Taking that first step to reach out for support can feel incredibly scary and overwhelming but if this sounds familiar, please get in touch.
My job isn't to analyse you or tell you what to do, it's to really listen and help you make sense of things yourself. I believe you already have the answers you need; sometimes they're just buried under life's complications. We'll work at your pace, focusing on what matters to you. There's no script to follow and no right or wrong way to feel. Just honest conversation in a place where you can be yourself without fear of judgement.
I鈥檝e worked with a wide range of clients who have wanted to help themselves get through life鈥檚 challenges, such as anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, medical diagnosis and major life changes. Sometimes people come to counselling not because 鈥渟omething鈥檚 wrong鈥, but because they want to understand themselves better.
While I work with all sorts of issues, I have particular experience supporting people through trauma, including historical or childhood events. Having witnessed the lasting impact these experiences can have, I have been privileged to sit with clients where they have been able to process difficult memories, gain greater understanding of their coping strategies and find a future that has hope.
I also specialise in working with people who have past, or present, experience of emotionally immature, neglectful and dysfunctional relationships.
Practice description
I offer long-term open ended and short-term sessions that can be held online or over the phone, so can work with clients from across the UK.
Counselling is usually agreed on a weekly, open-ended basis until you decide that you are ready to finish and sessions last up to 50 minutes. I am a qualified member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (网爆门) and, in all aspects of my work, I strictly adhere to their guidelines and code of ethics in relation to confidentiality and professional practice. I am also committed to my own continuous professional development so that I can offer you the highest standard of care.
Please get in touch to discuss the availability of sessions.

You might be struggling to get through each day with anxiety, carrying hurt from your past, or just feeling stuck in a life that doesn't quite fit anymore. I've sat with people from different walks of life who've felt the same way. Your reality doesn鈥檛 have to be like this. Taking that first step to reach out for support can feel incredibly scary and overwhelming but if any of this sounds familiar, please get in touch.
My experience includes working alongside clients facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, trauma, diagnosis, grief, relationship difficulties and simply feeling overwhelmed. I believe that each person is an individual who experiences the world differently and how you are navigating personal issues will be unique to you. I will provide a place where you will be heard, so you can safely explore what鈥檚 happening for you, without judgement, without advice. You will be in control our sessions; what we discuss, the changes you want to make and the pace we go at. Whether you are seeking greater personal growth, understanding or healing, I will support you through your process towards a more positive future.
