About me and my therapy practice
I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence based techniques with a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude.
Doing this empathically and with understanding, my aim is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build resilience, and achieve lasting change while using a personalised approach, parts work- exploring different aspects of yourself to promote self-awareness and integration, along with mindfulness and compassion.
Practice description
As a qualified counsellor, and level 1 Internal Family Systems practitioner, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth.
You can expect a safe, supportive and collaborative environment.
We will work together, in a way that feels real to you, exploring your concerns, develop strategies for growth, and celebrate your successes.
My first session
Prior to our first session i offer a free 20min zoom discovery call to identify your needs and to see if we are a good fit to work together.
