About me and my therapy practice

I am a compassionate and relational psychotherapist, and I understand the deep need for clients to feel truly seen and heard. My practice provides a safe, confidential space where one can deepen self-awareness and move toward greater ease, freedom and choice in life - a life where a person can flourish rather than simply survive.

I use a transpersonal, integrative approach to help clients explore what may be wanting to emerge through their pain or crisis. I work with individuals from all backgrounds whether it's support for a specific issue or to explore for personal growth.

I blend talking therapy with creative techniques such as visualisation, breathwork and body-based practices to explore your inner world and build a deeper connection with yourself.

Practice description

I have a BA (Hons) in Human Sciences, with a major in Psychology. I qualified as a psychotherapist through The Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) and I am a member of UKCP and Íø±¬ÃÅ.
