About me and my therapy practice
Daytime, evening and Saturday appointments.
Hello and welcome. I offer support to those who are seeking counselling for any reason, however big or small, and I have a particular interest in helping people overcome anxiety, childhood trauma and issues relating to life changes, such as the menopause and retirement. My aim is to support you, without fear of judgement, whether you are struggling with recent life difficulties/changes, or want to explore the possible impact of longer-term problems.
As a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor I have experience working with people who are struggling with a range of issues which include, but are not limited to, abuse (sexual, physical and emotional), anxiety, childhood trauma, depression, disability, grief and loss, low self-esteem, mental health difficulties, neurodiversity, obsessive behaviours, parenthood, parental alienation, physical illness, relationship and sexual issues, sexuality, stress.
I would be pleased to hear from you so please get in contact either by sending me a message to my phone or by email.
My first session
During the first session we will start by getting to know each other a little bit and talk about what is concerning you. We will look at what it is you wish to focus on and how therapy could help.
You are welcome to ask me any questions you may have and to decide how/whether you would like to proceed.
