About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist, coach, and trainer with over 20 years鈥 experience working alongside LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergent individuals, and young people. As a proud trans woman and someone who is also neurodivergent (AuDHD), I know how important it is to work with a practitioner who truly 鈥済ets it.鈥 This lived understanding informs everything I do - helping me create a space that is compassionate, inclusive, and shaped around each client鈥檚 unique way of experiencing the world.
I work relationally, with a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and anti-oppressive approach. While my foundation is person-centred, as an integrative therapist, I draw from a variety of approaches, shaping each session to what best supports you.
My therapy practice is for adults (18+) who are trans and/or non-binary, or part of the wider LGBTQIA+ community, and who feel they would benefit from my approach. Many of my clients are also neurodivergent and value having a therapist who accommodates different ways of thinking and being. Whether you are seeking support around identity, loss, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, family tensions, trauma, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself, therapy can provide a safe and affirming space to explore and grow.
Alongside therapy, I also offer coaching for trans femmes aged 18+. This is a different kind of support, designed for those who may be at the beginning of their transition or wanting to build confidence, explore self-expression, and navigate the challenges and joys of living authentically. Coaching focuses on the practical and personal aspects of thriving as a trans femme.
I also deliver training and consultancy for counsellors, therapists, and organisations, with a focus on supporting gender diverse clients.
I currently work online, making sessions accessible wherever you are based. I offer a free 30-minute introductory call to help you decide if we are a good fit.
Practice description
At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and shaped around you. My role is to walk alongside you, offering curiosity, compassion, and gentle challenge as you explore the issues that matter most to you.
As a trans woman and a neurodivergent therapist, I understand how important it is to feel seen and affirmed. I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my work, creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself without fear of judgement.
I work relationally, with a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and anti-oppressive approach. My foundation is person-centred, and I integrate a range of therapeutic models to suit each client. Sessions are led by you, at your pace, and adapted to fit your needs and preferences.
My therapy practice is for adults (18+) who are trans and/or non-binary, or part of the wider LGBTQIA+ community. Many of my clients are also neurodivergent and value my awareness of different ways of thinking, communicating, and processing the world. Together, we can explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, family tensions, gender, sex, sexuality, relationships and work towards building greater resilience, connection, and self-acceptance.
I currently work online, meaning I can offer therapy wherever you are based in the UK. I will also consider work outside of the UK. Sessions are 60 minutes and take place weekly, though I try to be flexible to accommodate individual circumstances.
I offer a free 30-minute no-pressure introductory session to help you decide whether I鈥檓 the right therapist for you. If we choose to work together, you can expect honesty, humour, warmth, and a commitment to supporting you as you move towards the changes and insights you鈥檙e seeking.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute, no-pressure online consultation. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and see if we鈥檙e a good fit before committing to ongoing sessions. It's important that you feel comfortable and confident in your choice of therapist.
