About me and my therapy practice
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing on both cognitive and somatic modalities to offer both short-term and long-term therapy depending on your needs.
I love supporting people through life's transitions. I work primarily with individuals navigating concerns around sexuality, intimacy, low desire, out-of-control sexual behavior, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I also bring experience supporting clients through pregnancy loss, post-abortion experiences, postpartum changes, parenting challenges, and identity development across the lifespan.
I approach emotional and sexual intimacy concerns with a nonjudgmental, holistic, trauma-focused, and sex-positive lens.
My practice is shaped by an intersectional lens. I’m a woman of color, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ affirming, and welcoming of diverse sexualities and relationship structures. I hold an integrative and holistic view which offers attuned support of your emotional, physical, and relational well-being and honors the full complexity of who you are.
Practice description
Inner Haven Counselling & Psychotherapy offers a calm, private, and welcoming space for reflection and growth — in-person in Dublin City Centre and online across Ireland and the UK.
I provide individual therapy and relationship counselling, including support for polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships. Sessions can be short-term and focused or longer-term for ongoing support, depending on your needs.
My approach is collaborative and adaptable, helping you explore challenges, strengthen self-understanding, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute consultation call to answer questions and help us decide if we’re a good fit to work together. If we move forward, we’ll schedule your first therapy session.
The first session focuses on understanding what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and how I can best support you. It’s also a chance to get a sense of how we might work together and what feels most helpful for you.
Standard session fees apply once therapy begins. The rate is £75 for individual sessions and £105 for relationship counselling.
