I have much experience working with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship breakdowns, loss and emotional distress. 

I am Neuroinclusive and work with many clients who have ADHD.

I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive and have experience working with Trans and Queer clients. 

I also specialise in the area of disability, chronic pain, chronic fatigue and illness. I understand how this affects not just the body but the mind and how difficult it is to cope with this kind of illness.

My first session

Finding the right counsellor for you is very important, as you need to be able to trust that person and feel comfortable sharing with them.

I offer a 15 minute assessment call to give you an idea of who I am as a counsellor and how I would work with you. We can then decide on a regular session time and can discuss any goals or outcomes you want to achieve.

In our first full session I will do an assessment and we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a deeper way and decide a plan of working together, with a review at 6 weeks.
