Finding the right counsellor for you is very important, as you need to be able to trust that person and feel comfortable sharing with them.
I offer a 15 minute assessment call to give you an idea of who I am as a counsellor and how I would work with you. We can then decide on a regular session time and can discuss any goals or outcomes you want to achieve.
In our first full session I will do an assessment and we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a deeper way and decide a plan of working together, with a review at 6 weeks.
