About me and my therapy practice

How would it be to step away from daily demands into a safe soulful space, free from judgement and expectation? Where all of you is welcome; to share your story and bring what you want to explore. To begin where you are and consider what matters to you or what no longer works for you. To be curious about how you relate to yourself and others. I will listen to everything you bring, and be with you in a kind, collaborative partnership.

I have spent over 25 years working alongside people in community settings and the NHS. I am passionate about transformational opportunities being available to all. Being with people from different walks of life has helped me grow in understanding and appreciation for the richness of human experience. I bring this awareness into my work, creating a space that welcomes and celebrates diversity. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and non-binary people are warmly welcomed here.

We all experience times of difficulty in our lives, when events or relationships feel stressful, or we can feel a loss of direction or purpose. I am drawn to nature and creativity as expressions of ourselves, and of the seasons of life and change. In my own therapy journey, I’ve come to know the profound impact of being truly seen, heard and met.

I am a qualified Integrative Transpersonal Counsellor. I follow an integrative approach. This means that I draw on a range of perspectives to help people work through difficulties that may be blocking them from coming to realise their full potential. I work with imagery, visualisation, mythical stories and relaxation techniques if this is of interest to you. I pay attention to the whole person - mind, heart, body and spirit.

Practice description

I offer in-person therapy in Queen’s Park NW6 and online.

We can work on an open-ended basis, long-term, or short-term (8-12 weeks). We can discuss what works best for you and reassess as we progress.

Sessions will be weekly on the same day and time.

I work with adults aged 18 and over.

My first session

I offer a free, no obligation 20-minute phone call for us to see whether it feels right for us to organise an initial session.
