I am an integrated counsellor focused on providing a personalized counselling experience.

I primarily work from a person-centered core approach to empower clients to take full control over their own counselling journey. I provide each client with a personalized experience, combining integrative counselling techniques when appropriate to ensure each client achieves what they need from counselling.

An initial appointment will be approximately 20 to 30 mins by phone. 

It is very important to find the right therapist for you, someone you can be open and honest with and build a therapeutic relationship with.  So our initial appointment is to give you the opportunity to see if I am indeed the right person for you.

This appointment is a free appointment so you can make this decision before you make a commitment to paying for your appointments.
