About me and my therapy practice
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been holding a lot inside. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and explore what you’re going through, at your own pace and without judgement.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic models to suit your individual needs. The relationship we build is central to the work — feeling safe, understood and accepted can be a powerful starting point for change. Together we can look at what’s been difficult, make sense of patterns that no longer serve you, and support you in finding new ways forward.
People come to therapy for many reasons: low mood, anxiety, stress, self-criticism, grief, relationship challenges, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. You don’t need to have all the answers or even know exactly what you want from therapy — it’s a space where we can explore things gently and see what unfolds.
I offer sessions online and in person in (N17). I also offer a free 15-minute video call so you can ask questions and get a feel for how it might be to work together.
Practice description
Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly, and can be online or in person in (N17). I offer flexible daytime and some evening appointments to fit around your schedule.
My approach is collaborative and responsive. I won’t give quick fixes or advice — instead, I’ll listen closely, reflect gently, and help you notice patterns in how you think and feel. Over time, this can bring clarity, self-understanding and space to make choices that feel more like your own.
You don’t need to arrive with everything worked out. Some weeks you might bring something specific to explore, and other times the session might simply be a space to pause and notice what comes up.
Sessions:
£80 in-person / £65 online
Concessions may be available for students or those on a low income — please contact me to discuss rates and payment options.
In-person sessions are held at Mediwell Clinic, 1C Lansdowne Rd, Tottenham , N17 0LL.
My first session
If you decide to go ahead, after the free initial consultation, our first full session will be 50 minutes. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little and talk about what has brought you to therapy. I’ll ask some gentle questions about your background, current circumstances and what you hope to gain from therapy.
There’s no pressure to share everything all at once — we’ll go at your pace, and you can choose what feels comfortable to talk about. We’ll also talk through how we might work together, including session times, practicalities and confidentiality.
By the end of the first session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what therapy with me might be like, and we can decide together whether it feels right to continue.
