About me and my therapy practice
As your personality, life experiences and challenges are unique to you, our work together is personalised and tailored too.
I balance compassion with thoughtful therapeutic challenge to support you making in changes, processing experiences and improving your wellbeing.
We will draw on a blend of approaches and techniques to match your style of working and the goals you have from counselling.
Our work together is underpinned by strong theoretical and ethical understanding intertwined with my experience supporting people to overcome their mental health challenges.
