About me and my therapy practice

My approach is warm and down to earth. I offer support in a space where you can feel heard and understood.

In my work with women, I offer support around stress, anxiety, trauma and the challenges that can arise with navigating parenting and relationships. I will aim to gently guide and empower you to reconnect with yourself, improve emotional regulation, and build confidence in your ability to deal with life’s demands.

With men’s mental health, I help by gently exploring issues around relationships and self-esteem. I provide a supportive and confidential space where you will feel able to explore what’s beneath the surface, helping you move toward personal growth, self-awareness, and healthier connections with others.

Young people - I have a strong background in supporting young people facing emotional and psychological challenges, including self-harm, anxiety and major life changes. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where they can feel safe to talk and be themselves.

Practice description

I am an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor and hold a Level 5 diploma. I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MÍø±¬ÃÅ).

I offer a supportive non judgemental environment where you can feel safe to talk and be yourself. With the right support, things can start to feel lighter, and it becomes easier to make sense of what’s going on and feel more like yourself again. I believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for real change and lasting emotional wellbeing with compassion and care.

I understand first hand the powerful and negative impact our experiences have on us and how very deep they can go. We just need the right space and guidance to help unpack them.

Practice description

Starting therapy can feel scary and daunting especially if it is your first time seeking support. However, my aim is to make you feel safe and comfortable so that we can begin to explore what is troubling you.

Life has its challenges and can be confusing. Whether you are struggling with a particular issue, feel stuck in unhelpful patterns or would like to understand yourself better, therapy offers a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed by depression, trauma, or difficulties within their relationships or family life. I also support parents who are struggling with the unique challenges that come with raising children. Our sessions will move at a pace that feels right for you - together, we'll gently explore what's going on beneath the surface with care and support.
