About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Cherrelle, a qualified Integrative Counsellor based in London. I work with adults individually, in relationships, and in groups.

Practice description
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. It’s an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, make sense of what may be causing distress, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we can work to identify patterns that may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and create positive changes that support your emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, individual therapy can help you gain clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of balance in your life.
Couples and Relationship Counselling
I also offer counselling for couples and partners, providing a safe and supportive space to explore your relationship. Counselling can help improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen understanding, whether you’re facing everyday pressures or more complex challenges.
You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to seek support. Relationship counselling can also be a proactive way to deepen emotional connection and develop healthy conflict-resolution skills. For some couples, it provides space to explore uncertainty about the future and make thoughtful, respectful decisions about whether to repair and recommit, or to separate with care.
Group Counselling & Peer Support
Alongside individual and couples work, I also facilitate group counselling and peer support groups. These offer a collaborative environment where people can share experiences, connect with others, and feel less alone. Group work provides a unique opportunity to explore personal themes in the presence of others, building resilience, new perspectives, and healthier ways of relating.
If you feel I may be the right counsellor for you, I invite you to get in touch to arrange an initial consultation.
My first session
Initial Consultation
This free 20–30-minute video or phone call is an opportunity for us to explore what you’d like from counselling and to see if we feel comfortable working together. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions and for me to explain how I work.
I am committed to making counselling affordable and accessible, so I offer session fees on a sliding scale based on your individual circumstances. Please get in touch to discuss this openly and confidentially.
First Session
Once we decide to work together, we’ll schedule our first session, where we’ll take a deeper look at your experiences, understand how they affect your life, and clarify what you hope to achieve through therapy. This initial conversation allows us to tailor the counselling process specifically to your needs.
Counselling is a collaborative journey. While it may sometimes bring up challenging emotions, it is also a safe space for growth, insight, and positive change. In our sessions, you can expect a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive environment to explore your experiences.
Sessions can be arranged weekly or at a pace that feels right for you.
