About me and my therapy practice
Ever felt that quiet nudge, like life is shifting, but you’re not quite sure where it’s leading? You might be rethinking old patterns, reassessing what truly matters, or sensing that a deeper version of yourself is ready to emerge. It can be exciting, messy, and sometimes a little confusing, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I work with people who are exploring this next chapter, who want to understand themselves more deeply, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. Whether you’re navigating a major transition or just feeling the quiet pull of inner growth, you’re in the right place.
So, take a breath. You don’t have to have all the answers today. If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
As a qualified therapist, I'm here to help you really focus on your thoughts and feelings to highlight the choices you have more clearly - something that everyday life doesn’t always allow.
All feelings are welcome. I'm a calm, compassionate and down-to-earth person, and I'm here to help.

Ever felt that quiet nudge, like life is shifting, but you’re not quite sure where it’s leading?
Midlife can be a time of change, reflection, and maybe even reinvention. You might be rethinking old patterns, reassessing what truly matters, or sensing that a deeper version of yourself is ready to emerge. It can be exciting, messy, and sometimes a little disorienting, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
About Me:
I am a compassionate and warm therapist specialising in online support for midlife clients through the challenges and transitions you face. My goal is to help you navigate this transformative period with confidence and self-compassion.
I come to this point with my own broad and varied life experience. Raising children, loss, financial difficulties and changing hormones have all been part of my life too, so I fully understand and empathise with the complexities and demands on you.
My clients tell me they feel heard, supported and empowered by me, that they feel safe to speak their darkest fears and that I help them feel lighter and positive about the next chapter.
If you're interested in exploring therapy with me further, please do get in touch by email to arrange a no obligation online chat - I will do my best to respond within 48 hours. Please check your junk / spam folders for a reply.
