About me and my therapy practice
Making sense of what is going on
I became a counsellor because I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported through life’s challenges. My own journey has shown me the importance of having a safe, non-judgmental space to explore feelings and make sense of difficult experiences.
A Unique approach
My approach is integrative and underpinned by person-centred values. This means I listen closely to what you need and tailor each session to you. Together, we can explore what’s troubling you at your own pace, in a way that feels safe and supportive.
I work with anxiety, grief, stress, relationship issues, neurodiversity or those who simply want to feel more fulfilled and connected in their lives. Clients often describe me as calm, warm, and down-to-earth. I bring curiosity and compassion into the room, and will challenge when it feels helpful.
Be the person you want to be
Alongside my adult work, I also support children and young people, including those in the care system. Support with managing friendships, family changes, academic pressures, or strong emotions. Counselling gives the opportunity to express, build resilience, and promote confidence.
Let's Walk-and-Talk
I offer sessions face-to-face, online, by phone, and through walk-and-talk therapy in London's parks and green spaces.
Most importantly, I want to help you find happiness!
Practice description
Face-to-face, Video and Phone for Adults
I work face-to-face from my private garden office in Beckenham—a calm and welcoming space away from everyday demands. For some, being in the same room feels important. For others, video or phone sessions provide greater flexibility, especially when travel, health, or time commitments get in the way.
Walk-and-Talk
I also offer walk-and-talk therapy in London’s green spaces. Walking side by side in nature can feel more natural and ease the flow of conversation. Fresh air, gentle movement, and open surroundings can lift mood and reduce anxiety. Sessions are relaxed and flexible—we might take a stroll, pause on a bench, or even stop for a coffee. Recent walks have been in Crystal Palace Park, Dulwich Park, and Kensington Gardens.
In School for Children and Young People
Working with groups or individuals in schools. A space to talk about personal challenges, bullying, home life or the pressures of education and next steps.
Counselling improves resilience, confidence and self-esteem.
My first session
First Session
Taking the first step can feel daunting. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a sense of whether this feels right for you. In our first full session, we’ll explore what’s brought you to counselling and what you hope to gain. There’s no pressure—you set the pace, and we’ll work together in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
