Therapy sessions are available week days and week ends, between 12.30 pm to 7.00 pm.
Each therapy session is approximately 55 minutes duration.
I provide therapy via face-to-face in Batley and the Huddersfield area easy access via M62, and also on-line via teams or zoom.

My Introduction
I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Psychologist. I also have a background in teaching (university and college), training and mentorship in leadership and business management.
My practice is trauma informed, person centred, relational and also solution focused using a variety of methods, techniques and interventions to help empower you to achieve the best outcomes you want from the therapy. You are always in control of what you wish to achieve from each session.
Qualifications: MA Integrative Counselling; MSc. Psychology; Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Cert. Ed (HE).

I work with adults (over 18 years of age), from diverse backgrounds, cultures and irrespective of gender, race, colour, nationality, disability, class, sexuality, political or religious beliefs, marital status or any other factors not mentioned and is within my skills base and expertise.

My professional practice comprises Trauma informed, Relational, Person-Centred, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Systemic, Psychodynamic, Psycho education and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution focused brief therapy and DBT.

The initial consultation session is free of charge and lasts 30 to 50 minutes. This is an opportunity for you to ensure that you feel comfortable and can talk openly with me.
Equally, it is an opportunity for me to establish if I can offer the support you need.
It is also an opportunity to assess any risk issues related to safeguarding, health, safety, confidentiality and any special or specific needs you may have.
