About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with a natural and empathetic approach I aim create a space free from judgement where you can begin to start to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
When we are feeling a little stuck, in pain or in moments of crisis it can be difficult to know where to even start to make sense of what is going on for you. Knowing where to take those feelings and emotions can be a daunting task. It is my view that therapy can be a good place to start and can help you start to make sense of what you are experiencing and going through. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, issues within family dynamics, your sexuality, gender, race, relationships, issues at work, loneliness and feelings of isolation or whether you are going through a crisis, struggling with longstanding issues, or wish to gain a better understanding of yourself therapy can provide a space where you can talk openly, free from judgement and begin to make sense of what is going on for you.
Whatever your reason for coming to therapy my aim is to meet you where you are at, so that you can be seen, understood and heard. The therapy I offer is not a one size fits all approach, you will be coming in with your own perspective and life experiences and I aim to work towards tailoring my work to meet those needs. Past experiences, for all of us, help mould and inform our responses and emotions in the present. Therapy can help you understand patterns of behaviour and responses to say family or work dynamics going on for you, so that you can lead a more present and fulfilling life.

About me and my therapy practice
If you feel stuck, in pain, or in crisis, it can be hard to know where to begin. It is my view that therapy can be a valuable first step. As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I provide a safe and supportive environment where I encourage you to express yourself freely without fear of judgment. Together, we will work to deepen your understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, while exploring how past events and unconscious patterns may shape your current relationships and ways of thinking.
I have experience in both private practice and the NHS. My training at WPF in London provided a demanding and rigorous foundation, and I am committed to maintaining a high degree of theoretical rigour with in my work. Staying current with new ideas in the field is essential to me, ensuring my clinical practice remains contemporary and effective.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. Building a strong, trusting relationship between myself and my clients is central to effective treatment, and I strive to create a space where you feel both heard and understood. Through thoughtful listening and exploration of your personal history, we look at recurring patterns, past experiences, and the therapeutic relationship itself to help you understand the roots of your difficulties. Psychodynamic psychotherapy can foster personal growth and self-awareness, enabling you to live more fully in the present.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in the fashion and retail industry. This background allows me to bring creativity in to my practice, as well as lived experience of fast-paced, demanding corporate environments—something many clients find helpful when navigating pressures in their own professional lives.
