Current availability: I am currently offering telephone therapy sessions.
From 15th September, I will have availability for face-to-face, online, and telephone therapy.
My usual working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm.

About me and my therapy practice
Hey, I'm Anna. I offer a person-centred approach that invites you to explore your experiences as they unfold, at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to provide a space filled with empathy, authenticity and respect for your autonomy. I hold space for how experiences are felt and processed in the present moment, supporting you to connect with your inner knowing.
My work is also shaped by my own lived experiences, which deepen my understanding of identity, difference and the importance of creating a space that is inclusive, affirming and respectful of each person’s individuality.
I draw from existential perspectives, inviting reflection around life’s deeper questions and meanings, particularly during times of transition, loss or uncertainty. I am open to working from a spiritual or soulful perspective where this feels meaningful for you, and I integrate creative and expressive elements when it feels right — offering ways of exploring and processing experiences beyond words.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call, a chance to ask questions and get a sense of how I work, with no pressure to decide straight away.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s not always easy. You might not be sure what you need or where to begin, and that’s okay. If you’re reading this, you’ve already done something brave by showing up for yourself. That’s a real beginning, and it deserves to be recognised.
Both introductory calls and full sessions can be booked easily using the self-scheduling system on my website. The first session offers a gentle, supportive space where we can begin to explore whatever feels important, at a pace that suits you.
