About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my page. If you’ve found your way here, there are many reasons you might be looking for support. Perhaps you’d like to explore how to cope better, understand your relationships, or navigate change, conflict, or loss. Or maybe you simply need a space to talk and be heard without judgement. Whatever brings you here, I’m glad you’ve found your way.
Counselling provides a confidential and supportive space where you can be heard and understood. It can help you gain self-awareness, find perspective, and discover tools within to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
As an empathetic listener, I create a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly, at your own pace. Sharing your feelings and being truly heard and accepted can deepen your understanding of yourself and others. The process can empower you to grow, navigate challenges and open the door to new possibilities – enabling you to feel more at peace with yourself and your life.
As an integrative counsellor, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to support you. I understand that everyone has a unique story, so I tailor my work to your individual needs.
I have gained valuable experience as a therapeutic counsellor, working with a broad range of issues and supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. As well as my private practice, I offer bereavement counselling at local hospices.
Practice description
I work with a wide range of issues including low self-esteem, relationship issues, work challenges, loneliness, infertility, women’s issues, anger, anxiety, depression, family conflict, stress and burn-out.
I also have extensive experience supporting clients through loss and bereavement, helping them navigate the life-changing grief that can follow the death of a loved one.
Throughout life, we encounter many forms of loss. These might include ‘living losses’ such as the end of a relationship, redundancy, age-related changes or when life doesn’t turn out how we’d hoped. Taking the time to explore these losses and your grief, in a compassionate, non-judgemental space, can be a powerful step towards shaping your future.

• I offer reduced rate sessions for counselling students and those in certain circumstances (Please get in touch for details).

About me and my therapy practice
Struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, life changes or loss? Perhaps you simply need someone to listen without judgement?
You might be feeling stressed, stuck, or can’t quite put your finger on what’s wrong – but you know something needs to change. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.
I offer a warm, supportive environment where you can talk openly, and explore what’s going on for you, at your own pace. The process can empower you to navigate challenges and open the door to new possibilities – enabling you to feel more at peace with yourself and your life. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives and uncover the tools within you to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
