In therapy with me, the focus is on you; your needs, your healing, and your personal growth. Together, we create a compassionate space where you can explore the emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-worth, or coping mechanisms that no longer serve you, I’m here to support you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs.
With me, healing involves uncovering how you’ve learned to cope with past pain. For example, you may have used perfectionism, emotional avoidance, or hyper-independence to protect yourself. Coping strategies like people-pleasing, disordered eating, or obsessive rituals may have helped in difficult times but are likely no longer helpful or sustainable. I’ll guide you in identifying and shifting these patterns, helping you replace old strategies with healthier, more balanced ways of coping that nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Together, we’ll gently explore the parts of you that may have been neglected or buried beneath these coping mechanisms. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about honoring the parts of yourself that need more love and care, learning to respond to life from a place of balance and compassion, and moving forward in a way that feels aligned with your authentic self.

With my extensive professional training and over a decade of experience in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, and coaching, I bring a rich combination of theoretical knowledge and practical understanding to my work. This allows me to offer an integrative approach that is both evidence-based and deeply empathetic. I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to meet you where you are, offering the space, support and tools you need to move forward in your healing journey.

I specialise in helping professional women break free from cycles of perfectionism, low self-esteem, and anxiety. Many clients I work with also experience disordered eating or other coping mechanisms that have developed in response to past emotional struggles or unresolved trauma. My goal is to help you address these coping strategies, uncover your authentic self, and create a life that feels truly aligned and empowering.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to assess whether we are a good fit for working together. During this call, you can share what you're looking for in therapy, ask any questions you may have about my approach, and we can discuss your goals. If you feel comfortable moving forward, we can schedule our first session.
