Integrating a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, I provide a safe and welcoming space to come up for air, and at the same time to dive deeper, nurturing and empowering yourself from a place of depth and understanding.
I see my role and purpose as to facilitate contact with your own inner healing wisdom, to guide you back to feeling centred in your life, with a genuine and compassionate understanding of just how difficult things can get along the way.
Practice description
Integrative - Way of Working
Integrative therapy is the coming together of multiple therapeutic modalities adapted and combined in a way that best serves you as a unique person. I am trained theoretically and therapeutically in Psychodynamic, Existential, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Attachment and Gestalt approaches among others, always working from a Person-Centred base in my practice.
Sessions lean into "here-and-now" process, whilst honouring and working toward your goals, growing in clarity and self-compassion over time. This is supported by an empathetic exploration into where difficulties may have arisen from in your past. I support clients through a wide range of difficulties including self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, existential difficulties and spirituality.
Relational therapy
Working relationally means I place value on the interaction between the two of us as human beings in the room, building a therapeutic alliance collaboratively. Humour, connection, empathy and differences of opinion are all welcome with an open heart and mind as part of the therapeutic process. I am first and foremost alongside you, here to listen attentively and compassionately, always with your best interests in mind.

My first session
(1) Free 20 minute initial consultation
Contact me to request an initial free 15-20 minute video consultation. This is early exploratory conversation, an opportunity to ask questions, and discuss options for working together.
(2) First session
The first 50 minute session will be gently structured around an assessment. This gives us the opportunity to land into the space, deepen understanding of difficulties you might be experiencing, and identify your intentions and goals for therapy.
(3) Sessions thereafter
50 minutes sessions are held weekly. Longer sessions are also an option (subject to availability), and we may collaboratively agree to amend frequency or duration after a period of working together.
Cancellation
Kindly note I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy
