About me and my therapy practice

I offer online therapy for individuals and couples, providing both short- and long-term support depending on your needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection, curiosity, and understanding.

I aim to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships openly. Therapy with me is active and collaborative — you set the pace, and together we explore patterns and experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate. My role is to support you in developing clarity, confidence, and lasting change.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss, identity issues, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, and work-related stress. I have a particular interest in relationship therapy, helping individuals and couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. I also work with clients exploring attachment patterns or recurring relational cycles that impact wellbeing.

Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I spent over 22 years in corporate leadership, coaching, and colleague engagement, while balancing family life. This combination of personal and professional experience gives me deep insight into stress, resilience, and the complexities of modern life.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural perspectives to tailor therapy to each person. I’m committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, welcoming clients of all backgrounds, genders, and sexualities. I continue to develop my practice through ongoing professional training, including specialist work with couples.

Practice description

Therapy is a significant personal and financial commitment, and I aim to be transparent and respectful around fees. Each 50-minute session is charged at £80 for individual therapy and £100 for couples therapy, with payment made in advance. I do also offer 80-minute couple sessions priced at £140

I offer therapy for individuals and couples seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions. My integrative approach allows me to tailor sessions to your needs - combining exploration of patterns and emotions with practical tools for coping and change.

I provide a warm, structured, and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. My work focuses on increasing self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and building emotional resilience. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking longer-term growth, we’ll work together to understand what’s holding you back and to move toward greater balance and fulfilment.

I value transparency, trust, and respect, and I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a collaborative partnership. My role is to support you in a safe, reflective, and empowering way - helping you develop insight and make meaningful, lasting change.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your background, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also share more about my approach, experience, and what you can expect from therapy.

This session includes time to review the therapy agreement, which I’ll share in advance so you can read and reflect. You’re welcome to ask any questions about the process, boundaries, or practical arrangements.
