About me and my therapy practice
I’m a compassionate, experienced psychotherapist specialising in PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), hormonal mental health, and reproductive-related mental health challenges. If you’re struggling with the intense emotional and physical toll of PMDD, menopause, primary ovarian insufficiency (POI), or postnatal mental health difficulties, I understand how deeply these experiences can impact your well-being—and I’m here to help.
I also offer dedicated support for those navigating the complex emotions of pregnancy-related loss, including TFMR (termination for medical reasons), miscarriage, stillbirth, and postnatal depression or anxiety. These experiences can be profoundly isolating, but you don’t have to go through them alone.
Beyond hormonal and reproductive mental health, I also work with clients facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, validating, and tailored to your unique experience, creating a safe space where you can explore your emotions without judgment.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, especially when hormonal and reproductive factors shape your mental well-being. I draw from various therapeutic methods to help you identify patterns, manage triggers, and develop coping strategies—so you can regain a sense of control, clarity, and confidence in your life.
I know reaching out can feel overwhelming, which is why I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we’re the right fit. Sessions are available online, by phone, or in person, so you can access support in a way that suits you.
You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported. I’m here when you’re ready.
Practice description
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore your emotions without judgment. My practice is rooted in self-compassion, helping you develop a kinder relationship with yourself while navigating the challenges of PMDD, hormonal mental health, pregnancy-related loss, postnatal struggles, ADHD, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your needs. You can expect a balance of empathy and gentle challenge, helping you gain deeper insight into your emotions and patterns. I will support you in setting boundaries, managing triggers, and building resilience, so you can move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by their emotions, struggle with people-pleasing, or feel disconnected from their authentic selves. Together, we’ll explore ways to reclaim your sense of self, reduce self-criticism, and cultivate emotional balance—especially when hormonal shifts play a key role in your mental well-being.
I work online, providing flexible, accessible therapy tailored to your individual experience. My approach integrates different therapeutic methods to ensure you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
My first session
Your first session is a chance for us to begin building a sense of trust and safety. We’ll start by exploring what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no rush or pressure to share everything at once—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I’ll gently ask some background questions to help me understand your experiences, including any patterns in your emotions, relationships, and behaviors. This session is about creating a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and free to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly where to start. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, we will begin by making sense of your experiences together. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer idea of what feels most important for you right now and how we can move forward in a way that supports you.

About me and my therapy practice
I take an integrative and person-centered approach, meaning that therapy is tailored to you as an individual. There is no single way to heal, and together, we will explore what works best for you at your own pace.
I work in a way that is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental, ensuring that therapy feels safe and supportive. Building trust is a key part of the process, and I recognize that this takes time. Our sessions will always move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Because everyone’s needs are different, I draw from various therapeutic approaches, including:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – for understanding and changing unhelpful thought patterns
• Mindfulness – to develop awareness and grounding techniques
• Compassion-Focused Therapy – to build self-acceptance and emotional resilience
• Somatic Approaches – to explore the mind-body connection and regulate emotions
Sessions are collaborative and flexible, adapting to your evolving needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, or other challenges, I will work alongside you to explore your experiences and develop tools that feel right for you.
Above all, my goal is to create a space where you feel empowered, understood, and supported in a way that aligns with your individual journey.
Practice description
I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to create individualized, client-centered sessions that meet your unique needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and together, we will explore what works best for you.
With lived experience of PMDD and ADHD, I understand firsthand how these challenges can impact daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. This personal insight, combined with professional training, allows me to offer both deep empathy and practical support tailored to your experiences.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to being warm, trustworthy, and non-judgmental. I provide a space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and accepted—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, or other life challenges.
Our sessions will be collaborative and flexible, adapting as your needs evolve. Whether we incorporate elements of CBT, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, or somatic approaches, the focus will always be on what resonates with you and supports your growth.
My goal is to help you feel empowered, gain deeper self-understanding, and develop tools to navigate life with greater ease and self-compassion. You don’t have to go through this alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My first session
Welcome to your first session. This time is all about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and valued. Our initial conversation will be a chance to get to know each other, explore what has brought you to therapy, and begin shaping a path forward that works for you.
To gain a fuller picture of your mental health, we’ll talk through some of your history—this might include past experiences with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other challenges you’ve faced. If you’re here for PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), we can explore how your menstrual cycle affects your mental and emotional well-being, including any patterns you’ve noticed and what has or hasn’t helped in the past.
We’ll also discuss any treatments you’ve explored before, such as therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, or alternative approaches. If you’re currently on medication, we can talk about how it’s working for you and any side effects or concerns you may have.
Your well-being in sessions is just as important as the therapy itself. If you need any reasonable adjustments, please let me know. This might include:
• Taking regular breaks
• Using fidget tools
• Low lighting
• Keeping your camera off during Zoom sessions if you’re struggling
• Having water available throughout our time
• Adjusting eye contact to what feels comfortable
• Any other accommodations that would help you feel safe and at ease
To ensure our work together is both safe and effective, I will collect some basic information for your records, including emergency contact details. We’ll also go over our therapy contract so that you know what to expect regarding confidentiality, session structure, and how we’ll work together.
Above all, this first session is about building rapport and trust. There is no pressure to share everything all at once—this is your space, and we will go at your pace. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
