How I Work
As an Integrative Person-Centred Counsellor, I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing on approaches such as mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I believe in the deep connection between mind and body and understand how trauma and past experiences can be held within us—both physically and emotionally.
I offer short-term and long-term therapy, available online or in person, depending on what feels right for you. Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or exploring personal growth, therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity.
