Availability

I currently have availability within my practice and hold a waiting list for specific appointment times if the day/time you would like is not currently available. I work with clients Tuesday to Friday.

About me and my therapy practice

You might be someone who鈥檚 always cared deeply about others 鈥 the one people turn to at work or home 鈥 yet inside, you feel unheard, overextended, or unsure who鈥檚 really there for you. Perhaps you find yourself repeating patterns in relationships, feeling invisible or 鈥渢oo much,鈥 or carrying the quiet weight of anxiety, guilt, or burnout.

I offer counselling and therapy for adults across Bedfordshire and online, specialising in relationships, anxiety, burnout, and neurodiversity. Many of my clients identify with ADHD or Autism, or are supporting neurodivergent family members. You may be trying to make sense of emotional highs and lows, sensory overwhelm, or communication differences, and longing for more ease, balance, and connection.

Counselling provides space to slow down, notice what鈥檚 really happening beneath the surface, and begin to change the patterns that keep you stuck. My approach is integrative, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming 鈥 drawing on CBT, relational, and psychodynamic therapy, alongside mindfulness and creative techniques. Together, we explore both the 鈥渨hy鈥 and the 鈥渉ow鈥: understanding what鈥檚 shaped you and finding practical ways to feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in daily life.

I offer in-person sessions at Wrest Park in Silsoe, online therapy, telephone counselling, and Walk and Talk therapy in nature. Many clients find walking in the peaceful park grounds helps reduce stress and makes conversation flow more easily.

Whether you鈥檙e facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, ADHD or Autism burnout, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you rebuild confidence and reconnect with what matters. I provide a calm, compassionate space where you can feel heard, accepted, and supported to make lasting change.

If you鈥檙e ready to understand yourself more deeply, break free from unhelpful patterns, and build relationships that feel genuine and supportive, I鈥檇 love to hear from you.

Practice description

As a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and former senior executive, I understand how high-pressure careers can take a toll on relationships, confidence, and mental well-being. Many clients I work with are juggling demanding roles, family life, and the invisible load of ADHD, Autism, or anxiety, wondering how to meet everyone鈥檚 needs 鈥 including their own.

As a parent of a neurodivergent child, I have firsthand insight into both the joys and the challenges that come with neurodiversity. This perspective helps me offer therapy that is authentic, compassionate, and realistic 鈥 supporting you to navigate family dynamics, burnout, and emotional regulation with empathy and clarity.

I work integratively, drawing on a blend of approaches to suit your needs. We might explore how early experiences shape your present patterns through psychodynamic therapy, use CBT to understand and shift unhelpful thoughts or behaviours, or incorporate mindfulness and breathwork to manage anxiety and restore calm. My work is rooted in a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed framework, helping you to understand not just what鈥檚 happening, but why, and how to move forward.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked for Livng Your Life, a charity supporting adults affected by trauma and abuse. I have also worked with Mind and provided counselling within a local upper school, supporting young people through anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem issues. In addition, I previously served as a Trustee for Mind BLMK, helping to champion accessible mental health support in the community and am a current trustee for the Gestalt Centre.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call before arranging our first counselling session. This is a relaxed opportunity to talk about what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy, what you鈥檙e hoping for, and to get a feel for whether my approach feels right for you. There鈥檚 no pressure or obligation 鈥 just space to ask questions and explore whether this is the right fit.

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it鈥檚 easy to forget to make time for yourself. If you鈥檙e able to come to Wrest Park or The Happy Body Project, you鈥檒l find a calm, restorative environment surrounded by nature. Many clients say that simply arriving there helps them begin to slow down and breathe.

My counselling room at Endeavour House, Wrest Park offers a peaceful and private setting where you can leave the pressures of everyday life behind and focus entirely on yourself. For those who prefer, I also offer online and telephone counselling so you can access support from wherever you are. However we work together, my approach is grounded in understanding, empathy, and respect for your unique story.

Our initial session (up to 60 minutes) allows for a deeper discussion about your goals for therapy, your personal and family history, and what you鈥檇 like to focus on. This helps create a shared understanding and direction for our work together.

Ongoing sessions last 50 minutes, usually held weekly, for short or longer term work.  I also reserve a limited number of lower-cost spaces for students or those on low income 鈥 please feel free to contact me to discuss availability.

Whether we meet in person at Wrest Park, walk side-by-side outdoors, or connect online, I鈥檒l provide a safe, supportive space where you can begin to process, heal, and grow.

About me and my therapy practice

I deliver neurodiversity-affirming training, consultancy, and coaching for organisations that want to create truly inclusive workplaces. My approach draws on a unique combination of business leadership, psychotherapy, and coaching experience to help HR teams and managers build the clarity, confidence, and connection needed to support neurodivergent colleagues effectively.

Before establishing Triskele Coaching & Training, I worked for over 15 years as a senior finance professional and Director in international consulting and renewable energy businesses. Alongside this, I鈥檝e spent the last decade as a qualified coach and counsellor, supporting individuals and teams through change, burnout, and performance challenges. I bring that same depth of psychological understanding and commercial realism into my training sessions.

Neurodiversity is often discussed with good intentions but limited understanding. My training translates psychological insight and lived experience into practical, real-world strategies that help teams move from awareness to confident, everyday inclusion. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and engaging, encouraging participants to explore assumptions, learn communication tools, and apply inclusive principles to recruitment, performance, and wellbeing practices.

I work with organisations of all sizes, from local teams to global businesses. Whether you are looking to upskill managers, review policies, or embed neurodiversity awareness across your culture, I can help you create sustainable change that benefits both people and performance.

Practice description

Triskele Coaching & Training offers tailored neurodiversity programmes for HR, DEI, and leadership teams who want to turn awareness into action. Every programme begins with understanding your organisation鈥檚 specific goals, culture, and challenges, so that training feels relevant, accessible, and immediately applicable.

Workshops and consultancy sessions explore how to recognise and support different neurotypes such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, while emphasising the strengths and talents that neurodivergent people bring to the workplace. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming rather than deficit-based 鈥 we look at how systems, environments, and communication styles can evolve to help everyone thrive.

Sessions are practical and experiential, combining reflection, discussion, and scenario-based learning. Participants gain confidence in holding sensitive conversations, identifying reasonable adjustments, and improving inclusive recruitment, performance, and wellbeing practices.

For HR departments, the training provides clear frameworks for compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and for embedding inclusion within policies and leadership behaviours. For teams, it builds empathy, understanding, and consistency.

Programmes can be delivered face-to-face at your workplace or online, and may include follow-up coaching or reflective sessions to support long-term culture change. Clients often choose to start with an introductory awareness workshop before progressing to leadership or policy-level consultancy.

My first session

For organisational clients, the process begins with a free 30-minute discovery call to explore your aims, team structure, and the outcomes you want to achieve. We鈥檒l discuss your organisation鈥檚 size, existing training or DEI initiatives, and any particular challenges you鈥檙e facing. This helps me design a programme that is realistic, relevant, and aligned with your values and resources.

Following the call, I provide a written outline and quotation with options for delivery, whether in-person or online. Depending on the scope, you may choose:

鈥 a single 90-minute awareness session

鈥 a multi-session training series for managers or HR teams

鈥 leadership coaching or reflective practice groups

鈥 or a consultancy package including policy review and culture audit.

Before the first training session, I鈥檒l share pre-session materials or a short questionnaire to tailor content to your team. During delivery, I create a safe, non-judgmental learning space where curiosity and openness are encouraged. Exercises invite reflection rather than blame, helping participants leave with practical steps they can apply immediately.

For ongoing programmes, we review progress and feedback together to ensure the learning is embedded and outcomes are met. Certificates of participation and summary materials are provided after completion.
