I know from experience that starting therapy can feel like a really big deal, especially if you're feeling anxious, uncertain or a bit lost.
I'd like to make that a little easier for you, so please email me if you would like an introductory Zoom chat to explore how we could work together, and I can answer any questions you have. It takes around 20-30 minutes.
I work Monday-Thursdays both online and in person.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in South East London, SE14, and I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. (Íø±¬ÃÅ)
About me and my therapy practice
My approach is all about us building a trusting relationship where you feel truly accepted and safe enough to be completely yourself. I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space, allowing you to freely explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
As part of my practice, I will be attentive and curious to your experience, empowering you to unlock your own insights and find your own path forward.
Whether you're feeling anxious, depressed, have suffered loss or want to explore long-held questions, we'll concentrate on your specific needs, and collaborate to transform your understanding of yourself and create space for healing.
